The school provides the privilege of bus transportation for children to and from school. It is necessary to have established rules and regulations designed to protect your child from all kinds of problems

Every child, regardless of age, will be responsible for following these rules. They must realize that mis-conduct, carelessness or thoughtlessness, can cause serious injury to themselves/other passengers.

Parents are reminded that only students and staff assigned to the bus by the school authority may be transported. Pre Nursery, Nursery and Junior I grade students should always wear Transport ID card while commuting in the bus. Transport ID card can be obtained from the transport office.

• Follow the driver’s instructions.
• Be on time.
• Always be seated.
• Be Polite, NO fighting, swearing or yelling.
• No Eating/Drinking.
• Keep your bus clean and maintain hygiene. Do not damage the bus.
• Do not put your head and arms outside the bus windows.
• No dangerous objects or pets allowed.
• Windows may not be open beyond half way
• * Stay out of the “Danger Zones” outside the bus

• Prepare your child 5 minutes prior to the pickup & drop timings.
• Frequent late coming to the bus will result in cancellation of the school bus facility
• Do not disturb the driver by calling while he is driving.
• Please contact Transport Office during April and May for any route deviation, point change, route extension and other related information. Your request will not be considered at a later date.
• You are requested to keep the class teacher & transport department informed regarding the Child’s Health issues
• School/Drivers will not be responsible for any loss/damage of personal belongings such as chain, watches and other valuable accessories
• You are requested to pay your child’s bus fees on or before the due date making sure to write your child’s information on the challan before making the payment in the bank
• * Once the bus fees is paid, please get it entered in the bus pass immediately from the office without fail (This is compulsory).
• In case of vehicle breakdown/repair parents are requested to co-operate till alternative arrangements are made
• Parents are not allowed to use/enter the bus for any reason
• * in case of an emergency, if you wish to collect your child from the school, please inform the driver and the class teacher
• Parents should strictly ensure that their child follows the said safety rules while boarding and alighting the bus.
• Students, who are involved in serious/repeated incidents of misdemeanor, will lose the privilege of using the school bus after notifying the parents.
